    Distances
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Top of the Silver Queen chair is about 150 yards away from the unit, and to ski out to the Vance Creek Quad you have to walk about 40-50 yards from the unit. For transportation to the suite from Kelowna airport we recommend the Vernon Suttle service.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The suite is located on the Knoll on Monashee Road, which is a short walk to the town village.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    Payment is by Cheque or Bank Transfer to HSBC Canada Account in $CAD.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
