Location
The kitchen is very well equipped. Appliances are all new. Upon your arrival it will be stocked with all the basics including, coffee, tea, sugars, spices, hot chocolate, bottled water etc. Unless you request the fridge to be completely emptied it will usually contain a partial assortment of condiments that may include ketchup, mustard, mayo, salad dressings, Tabasco, etc.
Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). Bedroom 2 is the largest bedroom. It is located on the upper level and perfect as either an underutilized master bedroom for the smaller group or as a bedroom where children can sleep in the same room as their parents. It features a pine queen bed with matching night stands, 2 super single beds (floor beds not bunks) new in 2004 pillow top mattresses, quality bedding, 2 dressers, open closet, 2 alarm clocks, reading lamps, and a great view to the south of the skiway and the Silver Queen Chair.
Bedroom
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). Bedroom 3 is perfect as either the kids room for the larger group or as a day room for the smaller groups. It is located on the second floor, has lots of natural light, and a view of the Mid-T and the slopes. It is set up with a double futon, a single bed / daybed, dresser and open closet. The kids (and even the older kids) will like the 25" TV, cable-vision, DVD/VCR, approximately 100 movies and the X-BOX complete with Amped 2, Fable, Crimson Skies, NHL 2005, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2005, Rayman Arena and Fuzion Frenzy. Definitely the room the kids will choose.
Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Bedroom 1 is located on the main floor. It features a closet, pine bed with matching night tables, new(2004) pillow top mattress, down duvet, quality bedding, small entertainment center with TV and DVD/VCR combination unit. It is not the biggest bedroom but the only bedroom on the main level and the only bedroom with just 1 bed. It is ideal for the single/couple wanting to be close to the bath or those who would prefer not to share with children.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
View
From the kitchen and living room, front deck and master bedroom areas the views are to the south over the Silver Queen Chair, Brewers Pond, Tube Town and the Creekside units. The views from the rear are right up the slopes of the Mid T, Attridge Face, Christmas Bowl runs and the Mid T loading station. The home has lots of windows and is quite bright.
More Information
This is an older generation home with more of a "cabin" design than an executive home. It is clean, modern, extremely well stocked and enjoys one of the best locations on the mountain. Substantially renovated in 2004, the home features quality cookware, leather furniture, keyless entry, private bar-b-cue, in unit laundry and much more. It is very well equipped with books, current magazines, over 100 VHS and DVD movies, X BOX and several X BOX games. Location, amenities, and attention to detail make it one of the most desirable vacation homes on the mountain. This home lacks nothing and has lots of extras not found in homes priced much higher.
The owners are very attentive and want to make your holiday experience pleasant enough that you will book this home again.

Unit ID # 95320 is the lower level of this 3 storey home and may be rented with #95318 to accomodate larger groups or if the dynamics of your group/family are such that you would prefer a separate self contained suite with separate hot tub.
The units are entirely separate and cannot be accessed internally.

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque We prefer payment by 3 personal cheques or money orders sent at the time of confirmation of booking. The first for 50% of the outstanding balance, the 2nd cheque for the balance of the rent post dated for 1 day after arrival, and a third cheque for the damage deposit of one night's rent (dated for your departure day) which will either be returned to you in person or mailed back to you upon your departure with no damage. With the exception of deposits, 90 days or more in advance, and the security/damage deposits, all non Canadian funds MUST be paid in bank draft, money order or cashiers cheque. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
