The position of the house allows you to easily reach the main tourist sights of Tuscany. Pretty view of the woods. Peaceful position. The house is surrounded by spacious outdoor areas with an equipped swimming pool (7.5x15) that are shared with the owner, covered terrace (35 m2) equipped for outdoor dining, wood burning oven and barbecue inside a completely enclosed 20,000 m2 property. Garage. On request and upon payment possiblity of breakfasts. Only one small pet is allowed. Parking. Internet access. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
