Ancient stone-built farmhouse (200 m2) set within the green hills of Tuscany (500 m a.s.l.). The house's position allows you to easily reach the main tourist attractions in Tuscany and Umbria. Panoramic views of the hills covered in vineyards and olive tree groves and the extensive valley below, extending as far as the medieval villages of Lucignano and Rigomagno. At the guests' disposal: private garden (9,000 m2), fenced-in, with lawn and olive tree glove, loggia equipped for dining with barbecue and furnished relaxation area. Access to the house along a stretch of dirt track road not recommended for sport cars. Parking. DISTANCES: 2 km Farnetella (grocery shop), 8 km Sinalunga (all kinds of shops, tennis, horse riding), 30 km Lake Trasimeno (water sports), 35 km Arezzo, 40 km Siena.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: entrance, kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine) with access onto panoramic terrace, living room (TV) with fireplace, 1 bathroom with bath. 1st fl.: living room with double bedroom that is a passageway to 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1bathroom with shower. On the gr. fl. there is a room that is closed and which is reserved for the owner. Simple furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available (Euro 20/week/each)..

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
