Typical characteristic farmhouse (220 m2) that has been completely restored and transformed into a cosy country residence in the green hills of Tuscany. The position of the house allows you to easily reach the main tourist attractions in Tuscany and Umbria. Beautiful views of the surrounding woods. Peace and quiet. The house is located inside a property of 5 ha and is surrounded by 15,000 m2 of equipped and fenced in garden and lawn with swimming pool (7x16). Upon arrival the guests will be given a welcoming gift . Access to the house along 900 m of dirt track road.

ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: double lounge (satellite TV, VCR) with fireplace, dining room, kitchen (microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher), 1 bathroom with bath. 1st fl. (access also from the outside): 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded rooms, 2 bathrooms with bath. The 4 bedrooms have a ceiling fan and a wall switch where you can regulate the speed. Wood burning oven. Outbuilding with laundry room (washing machine, sink, dryer). Comfortable furniture. Telephone. Central heating. Baby-bed available. Microwave.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
