Nestled into a hillside it enjoys outstanding views across the countryside to the Atlantic Ocean.
A small family home with a neat terraced garden, situated on the edge of Sintra's historic centre. However, because the house is situated downhill from the 'action' it is a very peaceful and quiet location. The ground floor of the house is a guest apartment which offers complete privacy and the freedom to come and go as you please. Guests are welcome to make use of the family pool.
Your stay will be on a self catering basis, but complimentary breakfast cereals etc. will be provided in the kitchen. Linen and towels are also provided.
• Lisbon international airport is 30 km. The train and bus station is about 10 minutes walk.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). A choice of several golf clubs within 20 minutes drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). 2 minutes walk from restaurants and local shops, which include a small grocery store. The train and bus station is about 10 minutes walk, and larger supermarkets are 20 minutes walk. For these it is preferable to have a car.
• Beach surface is fine sand. Ocean is 12 km away, less than 20 minutes. Nearest beaches are 12 km.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
