25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, your rent is refunded but your security/damage deposit is forfeited.

The bank account number will be emailed to you for deposit payment.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under the age of 12 years old stay free. A Crib and a High Chaircan be provided.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00PM and 9:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 8 days during a stay.
