This villa is located in a quiet place of the beach 'Praia das Macas' (Apple Beach). The property has 2,000 m2 (plot area), with beautiful garden. The pool area has a private view from neighbourhood. Quickly we find Sintra, World Heritage, (ten minutes by car). In half an hour we got Cascais, Estoril, and Lisbon Center. Cabo da Roca, western most point of continental Europe, with splendid view in Atlantic Ocean, is 15 minutes by car from 'Casa Sete Mares'.
• Distance to the Lisbon Airport : 35 Km. From Lisbon Airport it's easy to find the way to Sintra.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Close to the villa, some of the best golf courses in the Lisbon Coast (Penha Longa Golg, Estoril Golf, Beloura Golf, Quinta da Marinha Golf, etc) half an hour drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Distance to the restaurants and shops : less 10 minutes.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. This villa has some pinewoods in front of the sea, (800 meter distance to Atlantic Ocean). Praia Grande, a fantastic beach, is a 15 minute walk. Close to the villa you will find the best sandy beaches in Lisbon Coast, only 10 minute walk. This beach has a lifeguard people all the summer time. There are several equipments forlife guard.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
