This villa is located in a little village founded by Moorish people in the first millennium whose name is Almoçageme, on the best area of the Natural Park Sintra-Cascais. In Sintra old town you can visit beautiful monuments and Palaces or visit the Toy Museum: Or, if you prefer, to assist a musical concert or ballet in the gardens of the Seteais Palace. Many things to do!
• From Lisbon Airport to the villa : 35 km.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are some Golf courses in the area. (Penha Longa, Quinta da Marinha, Beloura Golf, Estoril Golf, etc.)
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are some restaurants, shops, and supermarkets within a 10 minute walk. Close to the villa, you will find some typical restaurants, where you can have regional meals, supermarkets, and little shops. In Colares village, you can taste the famous regional wine (Colares' Ramisco) - one of the best wines of the country).
• The villa is only 1800 meters distance to the beach. 10 minute drive.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
