50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

• Check in after 9:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 36.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
