Stunning view from the private heated pool and 60 m2 living room with a view of the Sintra mountain and Monserrate palace which lights up in the evenings. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, 100 year old tram and bus stop.

Nearby beaches are: Praia das Maçãs, good for children and with various fish and seafood restaurants, cafés, bars and local craft shops, Praia Grande with various surfing schools, Praia da Adraga, voted the most beautiful in Europe in 2003 and Praia da Aguda, 3 km long and unspoiled. Two seawater swimming pools with all facilities can be found nearby.
