Luxury Waterfront Condo Overlooking Okanagan River and Skaha Lake
Located in a quiet corner, this unit is on the third (top) floor has no overhead footsteps to be heard. It has been lovingly decorated for the pleasure of the owners and their rental guests.
The patio directly overlooks the manicured grounds of Skaha Lake Paradise Resort and the walkway along the Okanagan River. The front entrance door overlooks the interior grassy courtyard and not the parking lot. Very quiet.
Large solid wood dining room table with extension and 6 cane high back chairs. Tasteful artwork on walls. Marble table in entrance.
Quiet berber carpeting in all 3 bedrooms. Tons of storage in master bedroom with 2 huge, triple sliding door, closets.
Brand new dishwasher. And don't forget the heated pool.
Plus: NO PST!
