• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). The town of Skiathos is full of traditional restaurants and tavernas, as well as pizzerias and fast food snack places. There are plentiful shops, for household and basic necessities as well as souvenirs, bookshops, etc.
• Beach is located within a 3 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Beach Equipment: Canoe, Rentals Nearby and Windsurfer.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.

• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5. A High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
