    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 5%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    25% deposit to Bank account and the rest in cash when they arrive at the villa.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under the age of 3 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
