The surrounding 2.5 acres of plum, apricot, and olive trees ensures your quiet privacy. The cottage is conveniently centrally located -- 10 minutes in any direction brings you to 5 different beaches or the main town of Skopelos where you find numerous fine restaurants, tavernas and an excellent night life.

The unit has all necessary kitchen and bar-b-que utensils and cooking ware. Outside is a newly built, traditional style Greek grilling area.
Bed Summary
Bedroom
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). The upstairs bedroom is modeled after the traditional Greek country home. The large sleeping platform has two double mattresses with drawers underneath to store all your clothing. The chestnut open beam ceiling gives a bright open airy feeling to the room. French doors open out on to the terra cotta tiled upstairs terrace. A traditional style Greek fireplace adds a final charming touch to the room.
Living Room
2 Double Pull Outs (sleeps 4). Downstairs, there are two built-in sofas that can be folded out into large, comfortable sleeping units.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

Nestled in the midst of a pine forest and plum tree orchard, the cottage offers a spectactular 180 degree view of the Mediterranean sea and Alonissos Island to the East, across the Potami Valley to the South and the Mediterranean Sea and Evia Island to the West.

Transit: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Ferry. Neighboring island of Skiathos has an airport with domestic and international connections to Athens, London, Vienna, Frankfurt. The ferry connection between Skiathos and Skopelos runs 4 times per day (Summer) and takes 30 minutes.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). Skopelos Town has dozens of fine restaurants and tavernas. There are two internet cafes in town, four banks with ATM machines, numerous bakeries and dozens on waterfront cafes. A lively night life can also be found in town. There are numerous crafts shops specializing in Greek arts and crafts and other souvenirs.
Beach is located within a 10 minute(s) drive.

Payment Details
All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. For guests 25 years of age or younger a credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
