Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100.00 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

No fees are charged for credit card processing. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 100.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Cleaning fee to be paid locally to Third Party/Resort
