This 6-Bed 4-Bath Duplex can accommodate 12 guests for a minimum of 5 nights.

This spacious three floor half-duplex is designed for two - three families or an extended family. There is a privacy door between the middle floor and lower suite. Family room and dining space in both the upper and lower floors. One bedroom lower, one den/bedroom upper, with the remaining four bedrooms and private hot tub located on the middle floor. Ski in - ski out on the upper floor on Snow Pines Road, or lower floor along the excellent Lower Snow Pines track. Village access is a 20 minute walk along a lit pathway or take the Big White Shuttle. No need for your car after you arrive. Hot tub has 8 headrests, but we've been advised that it's a bit small for 8 men. Telus Fibre 150 - 150 Internet to ensure that all those devices can watch what they want!

Group & Min. Age Policies

Adult guests must be 25 years or older. Contracting guest must reside and provide proof of age on arrival. Guests who do not adhere to this restriction will be evicted without recourse or refund.

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times may be possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Children of all ages are welcome.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access, but may incur additional cleaning costs.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 750.00 CAD is due 14 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, 50 percent of all payments are refunded. Notice of cancellation must be in writing.

Payment Methods

Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Email Money Transfer. Personal Cheque available for guests booking 45 or more days prior to arrival.

Internet Service & Fee

150/150 Fibre Internet is included in the rent.

Telephone Fee

The property does not have a phone.

Parking

Parking is free. Depending on vehicle size, 3 spaces are normally available at the chalet, with overflow parking available at the end of Lower Snow Pines road.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure based on being left in reasonably tidy shape. If the chalet is left exceedingly dirty and the invoice exceeds $500, the additional amount will be deducted from the return of the damage deposit.

Cleaning During Stay

There is no cleaning/maid service available.
