Deck with patio furniture, dining set, and BBQ. Outdoor Cal-Spa hot tub. Magellan Maestro 3100 GPS navigation system available to use.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
I prefer PayPal for the non-refundable reservation fee of the first night's lodging. The balance can be paid upon arrival with PayPal, cash, check, money order, or traveler's check. I can process credit card payments only through PayPal.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
