Walk, or take free buses, to all. No car necessary!
Not only do I do my best to keep the unit in tip-top condition (e. g. last season replaced one of the mattresses), but the Condo is undergoing a $300,000 to 400,000 improvement package. Painting, replacing rails, . . . not sexy, but nice.
There is a swimming pool in the complex and a hot tub.
