• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are several golf courses in the SLC area.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Ski In/Ski Out Unit. Solitude Ski Resort has great terrain for every level of skier. The resort is known for uncrowded slopes and no lift lines. 20 km of trails for both classical and skating styles of cross country skiing and snowshoeing. Ski accessories, rentals, lessons, and guided back country tours are available.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The village offers a variety of dining options from casual to fine dining. Stone Haus Village Store is a small convenience store offering freshly baked pastries, specialty coffees, hot chocolate, sandwiches, sundries, tobacco products, beer, groceries, and movie rentals. It is also a Utah State Liquor Agency.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
