Maximum of 6 persons, including adults and children. Pets are welcome as we have a fenced one acre lot. Pet's must be approved by owner prior to rental.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments (less 10%) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 4.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
