Bedroom

1 Queen Bed. This is a very generous bedroom with a sitting area and windows overlooking the garden and the pool. There is a deck with a bench facing the beautiful redwood forest. There is a small fireplace and two closets. One of the closets is a walk in. There is a large bathroom with two basins and a large shower.

Bedroom

2 Single/Twin Beds. This is nice bedroom with two singles that can be pushed together to form a double bed. There is a charming window looking out towards the forest. This bathroom has jacuzzi tub and a shower.

Living Room

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. There is a very comfortable pull out couch in the living room.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet and one basin.

View

Incredible views of the landscape from nearly every room. The views towards the redwood forest are especially thrilling. The views from both bedrooms create the feeling of residing in a forest.

More Information

There is a large swimming pool with a beautiful surrounding flagstone patio. The house has a very large deck surrounding the front of the house and adjacent to the garden. There are three BBQs for your use. This is a five acre estate in one of the most desirable towns in California Wine Country.

Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The golf course is a ten minute drive from the property.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). A great supermarket is located within 1/2 mile of the property. There are five excellent restaurants in Glen Ellen and many more within three or four miles. There is a winery within walking distance and many more close by.
The lovely Sonoma coastline is within a one hour drive.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Children are allowed.
Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
