Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
Payment is actually made to Amazing Vacation Homes - all information if forwarded to them upon contact with the client.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of to be determined will apply. A fee of 10.00/day will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of please inquire when booking.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
