Gourmet Kitchen with granite counters, maple counters and stainless steel counters. Double sinks, one large enough for a roasting pan plus bar sink. Wonderful greenhouse window overlooking the herb gardens.
Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Large suite with ensuite bathroom and sliders to private deck and hot tub on sea side and Queen Size bed.
Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Large suite with ensuite and door to private sea side deck and Queen size bed.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and two basins.

Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin. Bathroom 3 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
We have expansive, up close ocean views and are west facing to catch the wonderful west coast sunsets from the house or Gazebo

We are situated on Sooke Harbour and the beach in front our our home is very private. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby. • Nearby Attractions: West Coast Trail is 1 1/2 hours drive; Butchart Gardens is 1 hour away and Victoria is 1 hour away.
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 5 years old. • Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 80.00. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
