    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express
    High Season rates apply to all holidays and long weekends.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
