Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
No refunds will be made for unused days or early departures.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under the age of 10 years old stay free.
• Check in after 5:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit/fee of 15.00/pet/day + 75.00 deposit will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
