Salmon fishing, whale watching and surfing.

    Views are of the gardens and the quiet country road which passes in front of the house just by the sea. The parkland in front of the house borders the beach about a 3 minute walk away.

    Basement suite: bathroom, bedroom 1 queen size bed. First floor: Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining area and a four hundred SQF deck with an eight seater hot tub. Second floor: bedroom 2 with queen size bed, and balcony. Bedroom 3:2 single beds.

    • The airport is about one hour and ten minutes from the house.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There is a mini-mart at 5 minutes from the house, and also Point-no-Point restaurant and tea house. Then in the village of Sooke which is about 20 minutes away there are all the shops and restaurants.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. The house is across the road from the beach, therefore has beach access and glimpses of the water. There is beach access 3 minutes walk from the house.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    • No smoking is allowed.

    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.

    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
