This self contained home has all that is needed for your holiday including a fully fenced yard and wrap around deck that provides mountain views and ocean glimpses. There is also a claw foot tub in the bathroom to soak away your day and for those who wish to play, a piano is provided. Sooke has some of the worlds best fishing and spectacular beaches, rivers and trails to explore all along this incredible coastline all the way to Port Renfrew.

• Beach surface is large pebbles. There is a small view of the ocean from our vacation home and only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to the lake. Sooke also has whale watching adventures, kayak rentals, bike rentals and much more.

Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with owner) is required for long stays. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 1 years old stay free.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50..
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
