1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom loft has hardwood floors, and wood beam ceiling with a beautiful skylight. It is suspended in the middle of the apartment with railings on both sides, looking down on the first floor. The bed is extremely comfortable with high quality linens, goose down comforter and very fluffy pillows.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
This home has a beautiful balcony overlooking a 180 degree view of Mount Cimino, the town, and the Tiber Valley below with endless rolling hills full of vineyards, olive orchards, hazelnut orchards, etc.. From your balcony, you can see Umbria (5 miles away) and Tuscany (about 25 miles away).

• Rome Fiumicino Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. By car, leave the airport, following signs to the A1 Autostrada toward Florence. After about 50 minutes, exit at the Orte offramp and get on highway to Viterbo for about 10 minutes, exiting for Soriano. Drive about 5 minutes to Soriano.
By train, take the train from the airport to Roma Termini (Rome Central). From there, there are frequent trains to Orte Train station (36 minutes from Rome). Once at Orte, you either take a taxi or bus to Soriano (15 minutes)

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 100 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
