On the first floor there is the lounge with a beautiful kitchen and wood-burning stove, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms (one with king-size bed, one with 2 single beds), and two bathrooms, one of which includes a shower. All rooms overlook a large terrace/solarium with views over the sea and garden, which features an olive tree grove, a pizza oven, and an outdoor shower all of which is set in a relaxed atmosphereOn the second floor there are two double bedrooms and an ample bathroom with shower. A large terrace provides unforgettable views. Enclosed gazebo with sitting room area and pool table (ping pong and football tables are also available).Outdoor you can find, garden, swimming pool with Jacuzzi (from May 15 to October 1), solarium, mobile bar, sitting room, benches and reading area, outdoor kitchen, refrigerators, bathroom, and outdoor shower. Villa is an ideal place for a wonderful vacation, where nature will surround you and pamper you with its colours and scents. On sunny days you can relax underneath an olive tree, sipping a cold drink or enjoying a dip in the pool or Jacuzzi. If you prefer company, a dinner featuring typical Italian dishes and wines is a great way to spend the evening. The villa is elegantly decorated: the owners collect antique furniture and works of art both during their trips abroad and from local antique dealers. The enchanting garden has been particularly well cared for by the owners, with its typical Mediterranean plants: olive trees, oleanders, palms, roses, strawberry plants, laurels, lemon trees, cedars and fruit trees.
Position :
The villa is located in Sant’Agata sui due Golfi, a small village between the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno, ideally situated at about 400 meters above sea level, with a mild climate and very friendly locals. Nearby are some of the Sorrento coast marine park’s most beautiful bays and caves, Marina del Cantone, Marina della Lobra, and the FAI nature reserve at Ieranto.
The two accommodations are only 800 meters from the centre of Sant’Agata. The villas is in a quite area and Sorrento, Massa Lubrense, Positano, Nerano are a short drive away, while Pompei, Oplonti, Ercolano, Amalfi, Ravello, Agerola, Naples can all be reached in an hour or so.
