Saturday to Saturday rental is requested in high season. Arrival day and number of nights flexible in low season and on request. Air-conditioning and heating payment in resort according to consumption Euro 0.60 per kw. Obligatory cleaning during the week (2 hours a day, 2 days per week at Euro 60.00). Entrance to the swimming pool Euro 15.00 per person (sun chairs and towels included) of the 4 star hotel nearby the villa.

- Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
