Immersed in greenery and surrounded by century-old olive trees and a citrus grove, it is reachable by means of an ancient Roman road. The spot is a totally noise free environment, near the town center and it is the ideal place to spend your holidays in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. The structure is an ancient farmhouse built in 1700. In 2006, it has been extensively restored and has all comforts required for a pleasant holiday. The tranquility and the relaxation of the guests are fully guaranteed as the house is accessible through a private iron gateway.

Special Conditions
We would prefer to rent on a weekly basis in high season (from June 1st to September 30th). Flexibility upon client's request. Arrival day and number of nights flexible in low season and on request. Rentals are inclusive of water, electricity and gas consumption. From December 1st to April 1st heating is provided and calculated separately. Discounts for renting 2 weeks or more. Ask for a quotation! 15 Euros due for the final cleaning of the apartment.

Kitchen is including all the utensils for self-catering. In the kitchen you will find some spaghetti, tomato sauce, oil, salt, coffee, sugar, milk, tea, mineral water for preparing a short meal or a breakfast in case you arrive late in the day. In the event you wish to purchase some extra food for the apartment, just let me know.

The Unit is part of a residence and it is immersed in greenery and there are gardens all around. It has 300 square meters of independent gardens with British greenery, deck chairs, beach umbrellas, porches. There are also tables and chairs so the guests may enjoy having their meals outside the unit. For those who love being close to nature, guests can also walk up to the nearby hills .
More Information
The Residence has been renovated preserving the original features, such as arches, walls, roofs, and barrel-vaults. The structure is family manned and the proprietors will be happy to accommodate the guests as their family‘s friends. It is possible to rent scooters or cars directly at the Residence or the Agency in Town. The Owners will be honored to assist the Guests in planning excursions on their own or through the Professional Agencies in Sorrento.

Sorrento city center is about 800 meters away, and reachable by walking 10 minutes. From there it will be possible to reach the nearby tourist and archaeological sites such as Naples, Pompei, Ercolano, Vesuvio, La Reggia di Caserta , the Amalfi coast, Capri, Ischia and Procida.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
1 ) For renting of four (4 ) days or more the deposit will not be returned , but it is valid for future bookings 2) For renting of three (3) days or less the deposit will not be returned. 3 ) The balance will be paid CASH on arrival .

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
