We would prefer to rent on a weekly basis in high season (from June 1st to September 30th). Flexibility upon client's request. Arrival day and number of nights flexible in low season and on request. Rentals are inclusive of water, electricity and gas consumption. From December 1st to April 1st heating is provided and calculated separately. Discounts for renting 2 weeks or more. Ask for a quotation! 15 Euros due for the final cleaning of the apartment.

Kitchen is including all the utensils for self-catering. In the kitchen you will find some spaghetti, tomato sauce, oil, salt, coffee, sugar, milk, tea, mineral water for preparing a short meal or a breakfast in case you arrive late in the day. In the event you wish to purchase some extra food for the apartment, just let me know.
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). A Double Bed to accommodate two persons. Baby Cot also available
1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). Into the Living Room there is another double bed . If necessary the double bed can be split into two single beds in the event two persons wish to sleep separately. There is also another single bed. Totally three single beds .
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
The Unit is part of a residence and it is immersed in greenery and there are gardens all around. It has 300 square meters of independent gardens with British greenery, deck chairs, beach umbrellas, porches. There are also tables and chairs so the guests may enjoy having their meals outside the unit. For those who love being close to nature, guests can also walk up to the nearby hills .
The Residence has been renovated preserving the original features, such as arches, walls, roofs, and barrel-vaults. The structure is family manned and the proprietors will be happy to accommodate the guests as their family‘s friends. It is possible to rent scooters or cars directly at the Residence or the Agency in Town. The Owners will be honored to assist the Guests in planning excursions on their own or through the Professional Agencies in Sorrento.

• Napoli Capodichino Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. The nearest Airport is Napoli Capodichino which is 50 km away. There is a bus service connecting Sorrento with Napoli Capodichino every 2 hours. The trip takes about 70 minutes.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Train. The apartment is just 900 meters from the Sorrento Circumvesuvina Train Station. From there it is possible to take the train to Napoli, or Pompei or Herculanum and also the bus to Costiera Amalfitana and the village of Sorrento.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 60 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops are 600-700 meters (only 10 minutes walk) from the unit.
• Beach is located within a 15 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The dock is public. There are many public beaches in the area, equipped for sunbathing and all other beach activities, and the nearest one is 1500 meters from the Unit. You can walk or just take a bus. Beach Equipment: Canoe, Powerboat, Rentals Nearby, Row Boat and Sailboat.
• Nearby Attractions: Sorrento itself is a famous Italian upscale seaside resort town where the main industry is tourism and craftsmanship, and in particular the manufacture of inlaid wood, local speciality foodstuffs such as cheese, olive oil and walnuts and a lemon liqueur called Limoncello. Sorrento city center is about 800 meters away, and reachable by walking 10 minutes. From there it will be possible to reach the nearby tourist and archaeological sites such as Naples, Pompei, Ercolano, Vesuvio, La Reggia di Caserta , the Amalfi coast, Capri, Ischia and Procida.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash 1 ) For renting of four (4 ) days or more the deposit will not be returned , but it is valid for future bookings
2) For renting of three (3) days or less the deposit will not be returned.
3 ) The balance will be paid CASH on arrival .

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
