The Villa is on 3 levels, at ground floor level there is a living room with table and chairs, a dining room and a comfortable kitchen.
On the first floor there are 2 triple bedroom ( one double bed + one single bed) good furnishings, both of them with a bathroom inside with a shower, at the least floor there is a double room with a bathroom with shower and a terrace of 40mq.
This structure is recently renovated to give you a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The kitchen and the ground floor is in common; it is possible to rent the whole villa.

- Smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
