50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash Cancellation policy: The penalty, based on the amount paid for the vacation, must be reimbursed according to the following percentages calculated in proportion to the date of cancellation: 50% from 44 to 30 days before the beginning of the vacation; 100% from 29 days before the beginning of the vacation.-----------------
Rate is inclusive of bed and bath linen per week, gas, running water.
Not included: final cleaning of Euro 150.00 payable locally in cash Euro, and electricity Euro 0.30/kwh

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
- Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size. A deposit of Euro 30 per day per dog will apply.
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of 150,00 may be provided.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
- Pool heat is included in rates.
