The highlight of these studio apartments is that they are very central, but once having passed through the gate that leads to the patio area, where all the studio apartments look onto, one leaves the frenetic and colorful life of Sorrento to find peace. Air-conditioning, shared sun-terrace, laundry room (washing machine) for communal use.

Sorrento is located on the Sorrentine peninsula 55 kilometers, (approx 30.5 miles), from Naples and only 50 km from the Naples airport. Just outside to the nearest shops, bars, boutiques, the typical narrow streets of Sorrento, restaurants, the chapel of S. Francis where concerts and exhibitions are held are all close at hand. Sorrento itself is a famous Italian upmarket seaside resort town where the main industry is tourism and craftsmanship, and in particular the manufacture of inlaid wood, local speciality foodstuffs such as cheese, olive oil and walnuts and a lemon liqueur called Limoncello.
- Beach is located within a 10 minute(s) walk. 300 meters to the descent to the beach for sunbathing and all other beach activities. 800 meters to the port with hydrofoils to Capri.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
