Among other things, the apartment has a beautiful terrace of 30 sq. mt that gives views of the citrus grove and where you can take a tan or eat in complete relaxation. The apartment is heated and very pleasant for a winter holiday. Private car park.

    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
