Shops and bus stop at a distance of approx. 50m and descent to the sea at approx. 750m trains to Pompeii and Naples at 450m. The apartments are ideal for holidays not only in summer but also in winter, having the benefit of automated central heating.

Swimming pool (10x5) meters for communal use, open from 11.04.09 to 31.10.09. Services not included in the price: Weekly cleaning Euro 30,00 to be paid in resort. Important note: the residential complex (see ref. ID 13740 , ID 13739 , ID 13529 and ID 13738) which sleeps a total of 27 people; can be rented in its entirety subject to availability.

    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
