This splendid villa was built on the pinnacle of a high rocky cliff, facing the sea. Although we are used to seeing many different and beautiful panoramas we were speechless at what we saw from the garden and the terrace of the vast living room: it seemed as though one could stretch out one's hand and touch the Amalfi coastline and the islands called "Li Galli". One can see the sea while laying on the bed in one of the double bedrooms.
The villa is located approximately 900 mt from a riding stable; 1 km from grocery shops; 9 km from Positano and 7 km from Sorrento. Included is 100KW of electricity weekly. Additional electricity is 0.35€ per KW (if needed).
The Villa is "Mosquito Magnet" equipped (special USA system for mosquitoes), so it is totally Mosquito free!Tennis table available.

- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Less than 1 km away you have the little village of Colli di Fontanelle with 3 restaurant, 2 mini market, 1 bar, bus station, and little drug store.
- Beach is located within a 10 minute(s) drive. Beach surface is small pebbles. A few steps from the entrance to the villa there is a well-known viewpoint that caters to people who want to stop and enjoy the panorama, one of the most beautiful views on the coast. From here starts the famous path for walkers called the Sant' Elia Path, which descends towards the sea through bushes and the typical flora of the Mediterranean maquis, and offers you incomparable glimpses of the panorama. The path, once used by the inhabitants to reach the sea, leads you to an old abandoned fisherman’s hut on a peak overlooking the sea.
When you are standing on the terraces, you will realize that you have found, at last, the perfect place you have been searching for to spend your holidays: in front of you there is the wide horizon of the sea and sky, beneath you the emerald green of the coastline and the unmistakable shape of the Li Galli isles. The nearest beach is in Sant Agnello 6 km, "Lido La Marinella".
As you are 200 meters (220 Yards) above sea level, your eyes sweep over steep headlands and pinacles of rock that protrude from the sea. It is a dizzying experience, therefore when you first arrive you may want to take a minute to get your breath back! Look at the photos!

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund. Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
- Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 10 euro/hour.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
