Services not included in the price: heating for more then 6 hours a day, daily cleaning, midweek change of linen, breakfast and private cook for lunches and dinners made with typical local products served in villa.

    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
