This Unit is on a no through street that is very quiet. Sit on the large Cedar deck and soak in the rays. There is an outside fire pit, and a large yard.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 3 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed, up to and over 75lbs (34kg). A fee of 10 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of $50.oo if spotless may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
