Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 18.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
