The full kitchen is located downstairs in the common area of the villa. All common areas are shared by guests.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The villa consists of 3 junior suite private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a small living area and 1 additional bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom has remote controlled air conditioning, cable satellite TV, safe deposit box, large windows overlooking the grounds/pool/tropical vegetation, C/D AM/FM radio player, high speed Wi-Fi internet, marble floors, and complete privacy.The common grounds of the main villa include a large private deep end pool, BBQ grill, kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, living room, bar area, entertainment area with a new 62 inch LCD TV, dining area, and parking space for up to 4 vehicles. All in an enclosed private estate surrounded by 10ft walls.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
All 4 bedrooms have a view of the tropical gardens and vegetation, but the master bedroom also has a view of the pool. These bedrooms are on the second floor.
Outdoor facilities may be shared with other guests staying at the villa, however, you may find yourself to be the only one! 50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, all payments are refunded. Otherwise, all are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union
Please Note: All government taxes and service charges are additional. Cash payments via US Bank Wire and Money Gram incur a flat $10 surcharge. All payments are final and non-refundable after a 48 hour grace period.
There is a 4% surcharge if you would like to use your credit card.

- Smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 8.
- Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- Dogs and Cats are allowed. A fee of 10.00/pet/day (Max of 300.00) will apply.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
