50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, all payments are refunded. Otherwise, all are forfeited. Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union Please Note: All government taxes and service charges are additional, which is currently 16%. Cash payments via US Bank Wire and Money Gram incur a flat $10 surcharge to process the payment. All payments are final and non-refundable after a 48 hour grace period.

- Smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 8.
- Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- Dogs and Cats are allowed. A fee of 10.00/pet/day (Max of 300.00) will apply.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
