Property is a 1 minute walk from the nearest Ocean. There is a private dock and boat lift.
World's longest crescent shaped beach, (six miles), anchored on one end by a wildlife reserve and on the other end by condos and the Marriott Hotel. Our Condo is in the middle which provides a two hour beach walk in each direction.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 90 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250.00 USD is due immediately.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 30 days of departure.
