1)If balance of payment is not received 40 days prior to occupation date, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. b)Cash deposits made are liable for a fee by the bank & the charges will be deducted from clients deposit.2.Deposits refunded are less an R240.00 administration fee. 3) An R1000.00 refundable breakage deposit is required on top of the daily costs. 4) The apartment is serviced daily, except Sundays & public holidays & does not include dish washing.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Direct Bank Deposit

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
