Garden and mountain views of protected Silvermine forest area with protected birds and fauna. Panoramic views of False Bay (the warm Indian Ocean) south to Cape Point. Whale watching during winter months, whales can be viewed directly from the enclosed sea terrace (2nd floor of villa). Bathe in swimming pool while you look directly at the ocean which is 30 m away.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are 3 golf courses within a 5 minutes drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). St. James is conveniently located close to several shopping areas. The Constantia wine and shopping route is 5 minutes by car. St. James is next to Kalk Bay Village which has a variety of antique and collectables shops. Nearby are many restaurants and a fresh fishing harbor which provides fresh fish daily to the public. All your grocery needs are within walking distance.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Villa looks out over False Bay towards Cape Point with unobstructed views. Beach and ocean in full view of villa. Beach access 40 m from villa. Beach is combo of tidal pool, rock pools and vast white soft sand with waves and gentle flat ocean. Ocean is ideal for whale watching during winter months.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with owner) is required for long stays. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under the age of 12 years old stay free. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pencan be provided.
• Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 3 days during a stay.
