    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00AM and 7:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 3 days during a stay.
