    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    To reserve the unit :Pay the $250 damage deposit by paypal. I will email the rental agreement . Sign and fax the rental agreement.50% of the total rent is due 30 days in advance and the balance 15 days in advance.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
