Enjoy three-and-one-half miles of pristine uncrowded beach, wildlife sanctuaries, bike paths, and nature walks. Fripp is located about 20 minutes from the quaint historic town of Beaufort, 60 miles to Savannah, and 90 miles to Charleston.
Fully-equipped kitchen, large dining area, gas fireplace for cool nights, jacuzzi tub and separate shower in master. King-size bed in master, two guest rooms each with queen-size beds. 6 bikes.

    Private community pool for residents/guests of Deer Lake. There is also a childrens playground. Private home in quiet area of like homes. Private wooded back yard with screened porch overlooking creek.

    • Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Home backs to small creek with lots of wildlife. Ocean 4-5+ minutes to beach bike/golf cart (included). Can drive and park golf cart at beach entrance and can rent additional golf cart if needed for @ $200/wk. 3 1/2 miles of white sandy beach that is about 3 minutes from home. Can ride beach bike (4 included) to beach, drive, or use included golf cart to get around island.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
