This beach house is in Charleston, SC in the exclusive resort of Wild Dunes. The beach house is adjacent to a beach access path that is a short two minute walk directly to the beach. There is an upstairs sunning deck and a lower screened in deck as well as a wrap around porch. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and cooking accessories. A full laundry room is available. This is a wonderful house that will ensure your enjoyment.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    On another subject, please note that this house is NOT in Seabrook, but rather Charleston South Carolina in Mount Pleasant on an island called the Isle of Palms and in a resort called Wild Dunes. Please make this change.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 12 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $180.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
